I stayed at the Brookwood Inn for 4 days. The housekeepers didn't clean the tub, or vacuum the carpet(they said there were NO vacuums, only brooms)the bed sheets were dirty and the towels were dingy gray! I was told the manager or later was told he is the owner lived here and always watched people staying here, even though there were beer bottles everywhere, whores roaming the motel(he probably had them)and many dingy homeless people walking in the middle of the night....couldn't sleep in the dingy place. He was in the office insulting people who were staying here, calling them names and also....this place didn't pass state inspection ......was found to be very inadequate and he is to clean the place up....which still as yet he hasn't.

46 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here while on a bus trip, it was not my choice to stay here. I would never stay here by choice! It was dirty, there were stains on the bedding (box springs, bedspread) and on the walls. The rooms are very basic with no frills, the TV is small, and the pool is gross looking. If all you can afford is a $60 room and you don't care about cleanliness and decency, then this hotel might be okay to you, but otherwise consider yourself duly warned.
