42 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We have been returning to the Brookside every July 4 for the last 8 years. The owners are great people, always helpful, but not imposing. The location is perfect, a short walk or trolley ride from town, but peaceful and quiet. They provide BBQ grills and even have a cabin that is a kitchen for guests to use. They have a nice pool, a small playground and a trout brook runs behind the main unit. The water is clean and cool, and does have fish in it. I have never seen an unhappy guest at this motel.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.
