I booked a two-room suite more then six months in advanced. I confirmed the reservation several days before arrival. I checked into the hotel around 1pm. The desk ran my credit card, and had me signed the agreement for the suite. The rooms were not...
68 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Booked suite 6 months in advanced, confirmed reservation a few days before arriving, checked in at 1pm, signed agreement at AARP rate. Returned to hotel late that night, they had down graded us to a small room. They appeartly were able to rent the room at a higher rate. They also own the Adminral Fell Inn and Pier 5 Hotel as well as the Brookshire Suites.
