Broadway Plaza Hotel Hotel - Page 1

Made a reservation with this hotel online; then cancelled over the phone. Months later I received my credit card billing and this hotel charged me! They said I would have had cancelled online even though I called directly. The hotel's GM was very rude to me and really does not know the meaning of good guest service. Stay away from this place if there is any chance you might have to cancel....they really jerk you around!

I took a few of my dance students to NYC to take class and really wanted a place that was clean and safe and that’s what I got and more!

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. People say that the area is a little sketchy, but I disagree. Maybe it’s because I've been to NY a few times and I'm familiar with the hustle and bustle, but we always felt safe.

The rooms/bathrooms where much larger that any I've stayed in in NY. Very clean and exactly like the picture. I have to say the best part was the older, I believe British, gentleman that worked at the door, he was veryo sweet and kind.

I would stay there again in a minute!

I advise others to book reservations with another hotel.
