The room was good. They had very tight parking spots.

I stayed at this motel a month ago and found it not very clean, and the noise from girls coming, and going, to the room next door kept us awake all night. The restaurant next door was great.

The location was great; staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied for the price we paid for and to top it of parking was free. After looking at numerous hotels I was informed that most of them had about 40 dollar fees for parking. The Broadway Manor has been renovated and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. It was worth it, paying so little for the room gave me extra money to spend in other attractions.

By the time we stayed at this place, it had been renovated, so everything was new and clean! We stayed there for five days. The reason we chose this motel was because we had a 13-month old infant and needed to have microwave oven and a fridge for her baby food. Not all hotels in downtown would accommodate us. Then, we found this place on the website. It was a great price and in a perfect location, it is within walking distance to everywhere! And they offer free parking to the guests, as well.

So to me, its exterior is not fancy, a real motel look, but the room was so perfect, exactly like any hotel rooms that you would find in downtown San Francisco.

Overall, it's a great bargain!

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest in the area. The decor was better than I expected, but there were many small details that showed the sloppiness of the hotel staff. You get what you pay for here, if not a bit more.
