I didn't even have to stay the night when visiting the hotel to know. "Don't bother" I visited and left immediately. Misleading website about the immenities. Misleading entries from people who stayed at this hotel who rate the hotel a 9 and then compare it to W - Victory Dallas. Are you kidding me.....

As a resident of Oklahoma City, and a proponent of Bricktown, it's a shame that when people search for a hotel in Bricktown, this hotel will be one of the first ones to pop up.

The internet site is very misleading. There is no elevator in this hotel. The complimentary shuttle (a Hummer) that is pictured on the website is not available to everyone. When I requested a shuttle, I was picked up in a van and was told that the Hummer was not available (although it was parked in front of the hotel). The “newly remodeled room" that I stayed in had new bedspread, carpet and bedroom furniture however; the bathroom had not be renovated. Because of the rain during my stay, the toilet stopped working as well. By the way, if you want a quiet night’s sleep, don't stay here. They are located directed between the interstate and a truck stop!

I booked Bricktown after reading reviews from others and now after experiencing the hotel can only say, I will return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. The mattress made our sleeping great! Breakfast was fresh and variety good. The courtesy of all employees is something you don't see anymore. To top it off, we were transported to Bricktown or any other place we needed to visit. I do consider this a hidden gem.

Great Hotel, extremely friendly staff, went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean and newly renovated. Will come back again for sure, next time I am in town. Thank you.

The only reason I am not rating this hotel with a 10 is because it was being renovated during our stay. This did not create any interference, though.

I was very pleased with the staff, the price, the room, and the free 24 hour shuttle. No cab rides! The continental breakfast including waffles, juice, biscuits and gravy, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, and fruit was way better than the donuts served at other hotels.

My Bricktown Hotel experience exceeded my expectations.
