63 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The renovations are well underway and the place has definitely improved. A great deal for the money. Not for those who must have the plastic furnishings and twenty pillows on the bed a la Marriott, but if you are looking for a clean place with a comfortable bed to park yourself this is the place for you. Note that this is a walk up so if you are not in the best of shape be sure to request the first floor.

36 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The rooms are very small and dirty. The hallways are narrow and not vacuumed. The bathrooms are dirty and the faucets are broken.
