Our door stuck, we made so much noise going in and out I felt sorry for the people next to us. It wasn't very clean. Understaffed all the way around. They closed the pool for private party on Memorial Weekend for 2 hours in the evening. Never notified guests when they were making reservations. Don't recomend it!

I stayed there recently for a wedding. The place smelled old and moldy. The front desk girl was friendly, British I think. The General Manager was rude and not very friendly. She must have thought no one could hear her in the lobby because she was using fowl language that would have made a sailor blush. Very unprofessional!

We like the location of this hotel in Brainerd, MN. Our only complaint was that the keyless entry needed to be reprogrammed and we had problems getting in out room at times.

The carpet floors turned our feet black! From what, we do not know, but all of the other people we chatted with had the same problem. The hotel smelled of mold and the pool area was not very nice at all.
