We booked with ORBITZ and they were completely negligent of helping us to get out of this reservation or improve our situation. There was not a fitted sheet on the bed, the comforter had dirt on it, the television was stuck on 1 channel, the windows overlooked a stone wall about a foot away, the pool was not open, wifi was not included and the coffee maker was broken. It seemed like a joke. We ended up having to pay a lot more for an upgrade which then was a normal, but too much money in the end for what we had. You are better off booking at a motel 8 and skipping the middle man. ORBITZ burned us badly.
