This was the worst, most disgusting, hotel I have ever stepped foot in! There were huge bugs all over the room. The "mini bar" consisted of 2 bottled waters total for the 5 days we were there (we drank one and they never replaced it). One night there were so many bugs in our room we called the front desk- his solution was to "get them into the bathroom, shut the door, and put a towel under the crack" And then said "we'll be there in the morning to catch them and will move all of your luggage out of the room." Well needless to say we didn't sleep all night and they did not show up in the morning. It was the most disgusting place I have EVER been in before. The pictures online and the description they list is all a lie. Please DO NOT stay at this place. I would have rather slept outside or in a car then at this place!!!!

I can't believe this place. I have never stayed in such a horrible hotel. There were roaches and huge water bugs in the room. The comforter had holes in it like termites ate through it. The bathroom was disgusting, the whole room was the size of a shoe box. I complained to the manager and checked out immediately. Stay away from this poor excuse for a hotel.
Location is the best thing about this hotel!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days before a cruise in late October. It did not have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. It's an old hotel, rooms about as big as a master bedroom w/ bathroom and a small closet. Floor in the hallway...
Stayed at this hotel last weekend in July 06. When I booked the room, Expedia mentioned a free continental breakfast-- but upon arrival, the hotel staff told me Expedia customers DO NOT qualify for the free breakfast. I was disappointed and felt...

The only good benefit of this hotel was the location. The bathroom was dirty. The wastebasket had hair on it and the bathtub seemed dirty. The sheets smelled and you can hear every noise the guest made. The TV from the 70's.
On the second night, housekeeping did not provide new towels and I had to beg to get two towels. Also, the door did not seem to close all the way and the toilet had to be flushed twice. I learned my lesson. I wanted to save money and ended up in a cheap motel.
I am not likely
to return to the Boulevard Hotel Ocean Drive.
I would not recommend it to friends.
It was convenient to the beach and marina, but other than that it was far from the picture dipicted on the web listing. The whole decor was ratty, not dirty just ragged. For what they charged, the towels were thin, and the furniture chipped. The...
