Best Hotel By A Dam Site. I love the boulder inn and suites i would stay here any time and day, the staff is sooo friendly, they offered us places we could go eat, which by the way are all in walking distance from the hotel. They have lovely themed rooms, you should try them out, they are beautiful! The hotel is located right in the heart of boulder city, and they also have a lounge on premises!!!!This hotel is great for anyone, singles, a romantic getaway, seniors, kids, andybody!!!!!!

The room was dirty: grit on sink and AC.
Cable TV didn't work properly.
Telephone was turned off. It took 2 trips to the office to get it on so I could even call the office.
The advertised internet connection didn't work.
We were not offered another room, but were too tired to go to another hotel.
Clerk the next morning was extremely rude. Complaints to the clerk were ignored until I insisted that he report them to the manager.
After my vacation was completed, I called the manager, and he treated me with complete scorn. He lectured me for 1/2 hour and said that I should have moved to a better hotel if I was unhappy.
When I told him I'd write a bad review, he said it wouldn't matter; he'd get plenty of customers anyway, so it wasn’t worth my time to send in a review.

The staff here was awesome. The hotel clerk was very sweet, she made me want to stay longer. The pool was nice and warm, especially since when I was there, it was freezing outside. It was cool that they had a bar on property, I didn’t have to leave if I didn't want to. I'd definitely go back!
