The room was dirty: grit on sink and AC.
Cable TV didn't work properly.
Telephone was turned off. It took 2 trips to the office to get it on so I could even call the office.
The advertised internet connection didn't work.
We were not offered another room, but were too tired to go to another hotel.
Clerk the next morning was extremely rude. Complaints to the clerk were ignored until I insisted that he report them to the manager.
After my vacation was completed, I called the manager, and he treated me with complete scorn. He lectured me for 1/2 hour and said that I should have moved to a better hotel if I was unhappy.
When I told him I'd write a bad review, he said it wouldn't matter; he'd get plenty of customers anyway, so it wasn't worth my time to send in a review.
