Boulder Inn and Suites Motel

I loved how this place was right by everything

The staff was friendly, and The room was clean.

For being at such a low price, the room was fantastic

When I stayed there they even gave me two free drinks in the bar it was pretty cool

The room was dirty: grit on sink and AC.

Cable TV didn't work properly.

Telephone was turned off. It took 2 trips to the office to get it on so I could even call the office.

The advertised internet connection didn't work.

We were not offered another room, but were too tired to go to another hotel.

Clerk the next morning was extremely rude. Complaints to the clerk were ignored until I insisted that he report them to the manager.

After my vacation was completed, I called the manager, and he treated me with complete scorn. He lectured me for 1/2 hour and said that I should have moved to a better hotel if I was unhappy.

When I told him I'd write a bad review, he said it wouldn't matter; he'd get plenty of customers anyway, so it wasn't worth my time to send in a review.

The staff here was awesome. The hotel clerk was very sweet, she made me want to stay longer. The pool was nice and warm, especially since when I was there, it was freezing outside. It was cool that they had a bar on property, I didn't have to leave if I didn't want to. I'd definitely go back!

cool place. this hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, and the price was cheaper then anything i could find anywhere. The people there were really friendly too...

I love the staff here, they made my visit very welcoming! They had the answers to every question that I asked, and they were there for me 24 hours! And the rooms were perfect, it was good quality for a great price!
