I have always had a good experience staying at the Park Plaza. We enjoy the elegant lobby that is a throwback to a grand era. It just feels nice. We have always been able to find a great rate (for Boston!) as this hotel does plenty of deals. In my recent stay, it was just $119 per night. Its an old hotel so some rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but nice for the price. You can get a nicer hotel for a much higher price in Boston, but you can do a lot worse than the Park Plaza. I recommend it highly for people on a moderate budget. I love its location near the Boston Public Gardens and just down the street from the Arlington "T" stop on the Green Line.
