Official Hotel Information
First, the positive! The location of the hotel is good...close to the T, close to a mall. The general ambience of the hotel is bustling and the help were friendly. And the beds were comfortable.
The negatives were significant. The parking was expensive, it was very expensive to access the internet (imagine a $12 daily charge), the bathroom inadequate. We loved the sign that said to put your towels on the towel rack if you were willing to re-use them....there were NO towel racks, except 1 actually in the shower. It was advertised as having a refrigerator but really had a cooler....which meant you could not keep perishables in it...like lunchfoods or leftovers. The pool was too small for a hotel of this size and was too crowded to be relaxing. All these things seem small in but added up to a sense that it was not a class-act hotel.
