The service was amazing. Everyone was professional and super friendly. I wish they had an airport shuttle because the cab ride is expensive.
There were so many pillows on the bed and the bed was so comfortable it was like sinking into a cloud. I ordered room service one night and the guy on the phone and the guy who delivered the phone were so friendly. The food came with its own little glass condiment bottles and plates and glasses, etc., were artfully arranged on the tray. It was so nice, and not like anything I've experienced with room service.

The service was ok. We had to leave early due to the fact that our baby was sick. We asked if anything could be done about a refund. I could say they were rude, but it definitely seemed like they were not going out of their way to be helpful.
