I got coupons for a free room (during the weekdays) so I decided thats where I wanted to go for my birthday two years ago. The room was huge with a kingsized bed and a jacuzzi bathtub. Mirrors where everywhere.

I will never return to this hotel. I was quoted $59 at the time I booked the room, however when I checked in I was charged $69 and a $30 room deposit. When I checked out the next morning I explained that I charged more than I was quoted. The clerk said I see you were supposed to charged $59 dollars but I computers are not working at this time and I will put the 10 dollars back on your card. She however gave me my $30 deposit back. I check my account a week later and I see I was charged another $33. I called and spoke with the nighttime lead (supervisor), who informed me I was quoted 99 plus tax because she was looking at the computer and that I had signed the paper. I tried to tell her that I signed a piece of paper that had the $69 plus tax and the $30 room deposit. She also told me she could give me $30 back but not the $33 dollars I was charged. This is the biggest rip off I have seen. Just to think I stayed overnight so I could go to LSU Medical Center to take my 5 year old child for testing very early the next morning. I would not recommend anyone stay in this hotel unless you have money that you can just give away along with being lied to.
Great place to stay. Friendly staff always ready to please. Best slots great food. Best comps in LA.We needed A room with A refrigerator and they were great they us one to our room and set it up for us.

Excellent
We have gone to all the casinos in Bossier and we love Boomtown. We always have a great room, a great time and great service and comps. We feel welcome and at home at Boomtown.
