I read reviews (some unfavorable) on this hotel but decided to take the chance and I'm glad I did. The staff was pleasant. Rooms were cleaned every day. No complaints that way. Large fridge and microwave were also very clean. Would have been nice to have coffee supplies available but there is a convenience store and Dunkin Donuts across the street. For those looking for accomodations away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk (and traffic) this hotel is a good choice. However they only allow 1 vehicle per room. Beach was within walking distance and clean. Lifeguard was on duty. It is a non smoking hotel but if your neighbors sit out on their balcony, the breeze does pull it in. Indoor pool was clean and very nice. I would stay again.

The hotel was not clean enough nor maintained well.

We paid 250$ a night for a suite here, we overpaid by 2 – 3 times considering what we got. The room lacked all the little niceties that I've come to expect from hotels, there is a coffee maker, but no coffee packets. There was no pen and paper. There was no iron in the room, and none available at the front desk. The bathroom had no AC, and no fan, for four women, it quickly becomes stiflingly hot and miserable. They advertise a "post-checkout changing area", which amounts to an again un-air conditioned single stall bathroom on the third floor that lacked paper towels during our entire three day stay. The pool 'atrium' is again, poorly ventilated and hot, and the pool smelled like BO. Save your money!
