50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Like many people, we booked online.
Once we arrived, we were told they no longer accept reservations from that particular travel agency or "partner".
She went on to say, "The Boss" was suppose to cancel that arrangement. We explained that his "lack of not doing so" wasn't our fault. This went on until they finally stuck us in a room that was horrible (right next to the traffic). Also tried to charge us more than we were suppose to pay.
As we were there, another lady was complaining that the bathroom by the pool was locked. The hotel woman explained that most people go to their room to use the bathroom because "the one by the pool has a problem".
