38 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is in need of either a new general manager or a new maintenance director. Light switches and electrical outlets needed replacing in our room. The walls around the sink and in the bath area had holes in them and the wallpaper was soiled looking and peeling off the walls. There was picture hardware in the bathroom, but no picture. The tub looked dirty and stained. This is not a four diamond (or star) hotel and I'm puzzled at how they keep that rating.
For the money, you would expect much, much more. There were holes in the wall around our sink. The wallpaper was peeling off too. The carpets in our room had not been vacuumed. The toilet was loose and rocked like a hobby horse. The tub needed...
