We had a small family reunion at the Boardwalk Condominium Resort. We were very pleased with the whole experience. We had a variety of rooms,
2-1 bedroom, 2br dlx., and 2-3bdr. units, all of which we were very pleased with. They all had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and were beautifully decorated.
All of the public areas were very clean. All of the personel were very nice and accomodating. The maid service was a great plus.
The pool and beach were fabulous. We had several children with us and they loved the kiddie pool area. We also loved the movie night on the beach.
We would definately consider staying at the Boardwalk in the future!
I recently stayed at the boardwalk and it was amazing. It was a dream come true! they even showed a movie on the beach it was great! there were nice clean rooms amazing it was better than my own house! i loved it! I stayed there because my softball team was playing in the world series and we defanitly needed our sleep and i slept perfectly! We even won the world series! Everything is soo beautiful there! The pool is amazing! I FEEL IN LOVE WITH IT!! and i can not wait to go back again this year,,,and im only 14!!

Our family of 16 was notified on the afternoon before departure that our rooms were no longer available. They moved us a to a completely different condo about a mile away. BBB can't get a response from them on the issues that we have confronted them with!
we disliked the whole places yes it was quite. that was not all the a/c did not work and we told the front desk about it they said that they would send someone out to checkon it and they did. he looked at the a/c and said all the a/c units were too...
The air conditioning was not cold. The bath turb was dirty! I don't think it is a 3 star hotel, and I won't suggest anyone to stay there. I also suggest that the rating needs to be more accurate.
Although the hotel clerk was courteous and helpful, the hotel is years overdue a major renovation. Needs total renovation of the bathroom, beds, carpet, etc., etc.
