42 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
A '50s era motor-inn. Beautiful plantings, campy paint-job. Parking lot tight.
Stayed one night in room with two double beds. Room was dark. Carpet worn and dirty. Bedspreads tattered and literally torn (ripped seam). No fitted bottom sheets so sheets were askew after just sitting on the bed.
Provided towels were thin and worn. Shower curtain wimpy nylon. New granite tiles applied amateurishly on walls and floors - no finished edges or concern for aesthetics.
Fireplace takes up space for no apparent reason - heater in wall right next to it.
Mattresses were very uncomfortable to sleep on.
Fine for singles or young pair who want just a place to sleep for a night or two. Not a place to stay for a week of family vacation. Some campgrounds are better!

Room was exactly as booked King bed with fireplace. It was odd that there was no phone in the room, but cell phones make that a mute point these days I suppose. There was a significant gap between the door and the door jam, so lots of cold air...

The room was not all the way clean, (vacuuming & mirrors) but for the price I would stay again & recomend to others. Small (15 rooms) but quiet & convienient location. Nice place to stay.

We took advantage of the off-season special. Motel is lovely.room clean and comfy.Loved our fireplace room which gave a romantic touch and a nice size bathroom with granite floor. The location was perfect ,everywhere we went was within easy reach....
