The Bisbee Grand is wonderfully, charmingly, romantically old. It’s old timey, old fashioned, old school, Victorian, and vintage. It is filled with antiques and quaintage that harken you back to the red-velvet heyday of this turn of the century mining town. It’s comfortable, clean, and a notable change from the uninspired sameness of the international chains. The staff was friendly and gracious. And the breakfast was tasty and generous. We’ll be back!

The Bisbee Grand is the most fun you can have staying at a hotel. The Saloon is fantastic with free wireless, terrific drinks, pool tables and an ambiance I wish every bar could emulate.

The rooms are absolutely unique. My favorite one was the one with the covered wagon, but I could have been happy with any of them. We stayed in the room that was decorated in the theme of old Hollywood Westerns. It was huge, and the decor was captivating.

The service we received while we were there was amazing. The dining recommendations were right on target.

I can't think of a thing to find fault with. If you're looking for a fun, fascinating place to stay, you're in luck, the Bisbee Grand will fit the bill perfectly!

One of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have ever encountered was at the Bisbee Grand. We found our room very clean, comfortable, and the entire hotel was very charming. The staff was gracious and they welcomed us as they would old friends. The warm hospitality and the rumors of ghosts will definitely bring us back!

This hotel is the worst hotel the I ever experienced in my life, it looks like a set up of a haunted hotel. This place is filthy, the rooms are tiny, and it smells like a corpse. After we paid, we asked for a refund and they declined, so we walked out and spend the night in Agua Prieta, Mexico. I will only recommend it to my worst enemy.

My wife and I purchased this hotel this year and, I must admit, it was in horrific condition in many ways when we took this project on. We have upgraded many things. Firstly, the linens and towels and the cleaning staff. We are certainly not the Waldorf we are definitely unique in appearance and style and we are definitely not for everyone. If you enjoy historic places with a history, we are the place for you. If you are accustomed to a sterile environment without a historic style and feel of a 100 year old building, then maybe we are not. We hope to fix any and all issues our guests let us know about. The individual above did not have a good experience with the Grand, I very sorry to hear that, but I am sure on September 25th, things were not as good as they could or should have been. Today I am confident (much scrubbing on my knees) that we are a clean hotel, if not the hotel for you. Thanks for reading this!
