This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt pampered there because of the efficient, friendly, service offered with a genuine welcoming smile. I could tell that all the staff were glad we were there and wanted to take good care of any need we had.

The new owners seem to have tightened up the slot machines. I prefer staying downtown. Floor people not as friendly and helpful as in the past.
