The only problem with the new hotel is that they do not offer complimentary items like they used to. I never had to pay for food before. Now everything is points and I only was able to get one free meal in a whole week.

The new owners seem to have tightened up the slot machines. I prefer staying downtown. Floor people not as friendly and helpful as in the past.

The bathroom door was coming off its hinges. We reported this but no one even looked at it, to our knowledge. It was still broken when we left. I was concerned that it might actually come loose while I was using the bathroom!

I thought it lacked a friendly atmosphere unless you were at the tables. I would rather stay at some of the other strip hotels, people at least say "Hi" instead of walking around in a robot mode just for work.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very interested in us checking in, but after check-in, through the rest of the casino, every employee did seem to see anything but players or work. No one on the floor was polite enough to just say "Hi."
