Located in Santa Clara, Calif. the Biltmore Hotel and Suites is within two miles of the Santa Clara Convention Center, Paramount's Great America, the Mercado Center, and the Intel Museum. The Biltmoe Hotel's atrium-style lobby includes neo-classical reproduction furniture and baroque decorative treatments. Dining options include a European-style bistro, Montague's Café, and Hops, an urban bar and grill whose menu includes filet mignon, shrimp scampi and a variety of cheesecakes. Additional amenities include a business center, a swimming pool, fitness center and a 3,300-square-foot garden area lush with roses and foliage. Wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout the hotel. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to San Jose International Airport and within a five mile radius. The 263 smoke-free guestrooms feature cherry wood furnishings, business desks and domestic décor. Digital televisions include pay movies and video games for a fee. Tower rooms are fresh and new, quite nice; views were better though not great (due to location), whereas Garden rooms are motel-like, not worth the money for any discount. Garden rooms have no view at all, many face a parking lot, busy street...

Nothing.Noisy no elevator horrible restaurant food service outdated decor. Upon arrival the gal at the check in could not speak English. Restaurant was horrible with no service a buffet that has seen better days I'm sure.
