It was awesome -- a hotel right in the middle of the strip for about 1/2 the price. I will probably stay at the Barbary Coast on my future trips to Vegas.

The rooms were much nicer than we expected with a plasma TV. This hotel is the best value for the location on the Strip.

This hotel is in a good, central location. They have very inexpensive (promotional) room rates. I was impressed by the flat panel HDTV on the wall in the room. They have a friendly staff and reasonable restaurant prices.

I would recommend the Barbary Coast Hotel to anyone traveling to Las Vegas. Make sure to ask for a room that has a view of the light and water show at the Bellagio, which is across the street.
