The location is good, cause is near to the strip. The service and the attitude of the staff was very bad and disappointing. I will not want to stay in this hotel again in my future trip to Las Vegas.
28 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The only thing that this sorry excuse for a casino has going for it is the location. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. The place is really old and run down. The rooms were horrible. The staff from the check-in person, to the dealers, pit-bosses, and even the security was extremely rude and unfriendly. It almost seemed as if they didn't want anyone to stay at their hotel. Honestly, pay the extra $50 dollars and stay at a place that appreciates you being there.
