They had extremely poor customer service, along with a dirty room to boot!
After checking in to a non-smoking room (clearly posted throughout the room), I went to open the bathroom window for fresh air (smelling some small amount of cigarette smell). During my surprising moment, I noticed piles of cigarette butts along the window pane. I then called hotel staff, to make them aware and clean it up.
Once the hotel staff member showed up to take a look, we were then blamed for the mess. When I say blamed I mean screamed at and threatened!
In my state of surprise and shock, I asked for a refund and were told "No!" Trying to put my honest self forward and repeating that we are non-smokers, over and over, I started to pack my bags quickly! Throughout this shock and surprise, I was overwhelmed by the dishonesty, disregard and rudeness of the staff! In all my travels I have never experienced anything like this (understanding that my significant other and myself, both own businesses that specialize in cleanliness and customer service!)
We checked out two nights early and couldn't have been in more of a hurry to leave the property. No positive review here, just an honest, unfortunate, experience!
