Friendly and helpful.The valet sat in my car for 30 minutes with the radio and car running after I turned my keys over to him. Very nice. Nice location to the pool we went to for a swim meet.

Nice pool. Convenient to the Metro.Construction the hotel with hammering, sawing, and electrical smell. A nice Marriot convenient to the Metro at White Flint Station. Nice small pool. There was some construction at the hotel which was not so nice....

30 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The hotel has a bunch of crunchy and aggressive staff members as unpleasant employees. The hotel hired wrong people and it has been a stressful and negative environment. We had seen angry guests who stayed at the hotel due to hotel multiple troubles and incidents. Nightmare happens not once. The hotel employees are bite and mean to any guest who crossed the road with them.
Features of the hotel room are not always in the room what advertised and expected.

Cleanliness and fresh flowers.Room service trays left out too long. This was a friendly, clean, efficient and attractive hotel. It was quiet and I felt safe.
