The front desk personnel is very poorly trained. They do not know how to greet or treat the people right! This shows me that the hotel does not care for the quality of service in every area and does not know how to hire the right person for the suitable position.

Very clean and well kept. I have nothing but good to say about this hotel. The service is excellent both hotel and restaurant. Very safe area. Malls are easily in walking distance or free hotel shuttle. Each stay has been very pleasant.
