35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed at the Alpena Best Western in June 2008. I arrived late but the host at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She asked if I need anything and showed me my room. Room was tidy and bed was firm with lots of fluffy pillows-just how I like it. Check-out was a breeze the next day and breakfast was good. Later, when I found out I left something in the room, the owner mailed it back to me personally. This was a great home away from home experience and I recommend this hotel to all weary travelers. I will go back to this hotel again and again!
