My wife and I traveled to Alexandria to meet another woman for a threesome. We stayed in the suite area. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fullsize frig.

I booked an atrium suite. First room looked at parking lot. Moved to another suite were the fireplace didn't work. The 3rd suite they moved me to there was no hot water and bathtub did not drain. Found dirty washcloth and used soap in "clean" suite..Rooms are dirty and full of ants (that is why there are ant traps hidden everywhere. Staff are friendly only when necessary. When I got up in the night and found bugs in the bathroom I checked out! I moved to the Baymont Inn and Suites. Spotless clean with beautiful beds and TVs. I will NEVER stay in a Best Western again after this experience in Alexandria Louisiana. Stay away from this dump.

My experience at your hotel was excellent. The accommodations were ample with lots of areas for sleeping and entertaining. The kitchen area was more than adequate. I was quite comfortable the entire stay. The desk staff was great. The internet service provided more than met my needs. On my last day there, I finally took advantage of the breakfast bar and I found the food delicious. The overall stay will keep the Best Western hotel at the top of the list. I would advise anyone to dine at the Cajun Landing Restaurant next door. The hospitality seems to be an extension of the hotel service. Local shopping offers many regional products that cannot be purchased elsewhere. Tourists should begin by browsing the local supermarkets. There are lots of surprises there for those who like to cook. The tourists should also try to get some fishing in.
By keeping my room clean and not having to complain about anything they made me feel important. Also, the services provided were above what I had at other places.

The room was in need of remodeling, the wallpaper was peeling, the fixtures were in poor shape and the room was dimly lit. The room lock malfunctioned and I was unable to use the room key afterwards although I was issued two new keys after malfunction.

The hotel was wonderful. It has a very friendly, courteous staff. I have been in the hotel business over eight years and know what to expect when I stay somewhere and they were terrific.

Okay
The hotel was clean, friendly staff and the bed was awful! We woke up with our backs hurting both mornings. We were not at a five star hotel but we've had a much better stay for less than a $* rate. We didn't flush the toilet at night (I know that's ...
