The Best Western O'Hare is a nice hotel located minutes from O'Hare International Airport and has easy access to downtown Chicago. Many of Chicagos attractions are also within a short radius. The rooms have recently been renovated and are comfortable and clean. They also include high-speed Internet access. The on-site family restaurant is open 24hrs a day and offers late night room service. The hotel has a well equipped fitness center and a fully equipped business center. The staff here are really helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

I did not get credit for their Loyalty Program, even though I gave the check-in person my member number. The TV in the room would not get any pay-per-view. Otherwise, I liked the hotel.
It had a very nice king size bed, and a very comfy recliner chair. We had an end room, so no neighbors on one side.
