Best Western at O'Hare Hotel

It is a good location for the convention center. Parking is tight. It has been renovated nicely.

I always stay at Best Westerns. They're always excellent.

The quality of the food at the hotel restaurant was superb and the prices were very reasonable. The front desk clerk was very attentive.

I did not get credit for their Loyalty Program, even though I gave the check-in person my member number. The TV in the room would not get any pay-per-view. Otherwise, I liked the hotel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had a very nice king size bed, and a very comfy recliner chair. We had an end room, so no neighbors on one side.

This hotel is a fine place to stay near O'Hare (about a 5 minute drive) that is less expensive than most of the other options. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and I wasn't looking for much more than that.

I was pleasantly surprised with the fancy coffee drinks and donuts available in the lobby in the morning and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Also, the free wireless Internet access worked very well and is a reason to stay here alone!

In my case, I got into the airport late and had been told, the day previous, that the shuttle ran every 15 minutes all day, even after midnight. So, after waiting 30 minutes, I called the hotel and they said I had been misinformed and needed to call them first to get the shuttle dispatched. However, if you're reading this, you will not make the same mistake I did.
