Considered by many as the finest resort in the Smokies, Best Western Zoder's Inn offers you the seclusion of six peaceful acres beside a beautiful mountain stream - and yet, we are located right on the main street in downtown Gatlinburg, so that you are just within walking distance to many of the town's fine shops, restaurants and attractions. Our guest rooms are unequalled in comfort, offering in-room coffee, small refrigerator, wet-bar and private balconies overlooking the stream. There are a variety of elegant suites to choose from - a cozy, romantic suite with a fireplace for two or a spacious two bedroom suite - sleeping up to 8 - with full kitchen and dining room.

Okay
We had a double room and our beds were not comfortable. The pool was nice. The lady that worked at night for the wine and cheese was not friendly at all.
It used to be nice but its getting worn out and needs some serious remodeling work. I've stayed there twice. But on a good note they have one of the best indoor pools in gatlinburg.

The hotel had good service and the hotel staff was very helpful. The swimming pool was not as big as expected and it was a very long walk from the room we were staying in. The pool also did not seem like it was very heated but it was ok. The breakfast, the wine and cheese and the cookies and milk were very nice. The exercise room was ok. The hotel staff was very nice and I enjoyed the complimentary food.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Zoder's Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

I can think of only 2 reasons to book a stay here: distance to Main Strip of Gatlinburg & indoor pool. The decor & room amenities are dated at best. The mattresses were horrid! Our stay in the 'townhouse' #132 was dreadful and we only have a family...

Okay
We did not use the free breakfast, because we were up and hiking before it was even served. Hotel is the probably the furthest from GSM National Park, and the traffic to the park is nuts. Rooms were clean, but we did manage to find insects...

Zodor's Honeymoon Haven cottage's odor has gotten so much stronger that we recently chose another hotel over Zodor's. The Honeymoon Haven is our favorite location on their property, but the odor in there has gotten worse and worse. I do not know if the odor has to do with the streams moisture creeping into the rock structure or if it has to do with the enclosed Jacuzzi, but it has gotten stronger.
The Honeymoon Haven cottage makes you feel like you have your own little private slice of the Smokies.

"The grounds are nice, but some of the hotel staff are unfriendly. I was not allowed to have the type of room I reserved online. When I repeatedly asked why not, I was told they did not have to give me a reason and that I could cancel my reservation ...
