Horrible
With the exception of one guy at check-in, the staff were the rudest people I have encountered. My family obtained 3 rooms and we were all disappointed with the service. Apparently a job applicant at this Best Western does not require you to have...

Had reservation since Feb 08 for 2adults, 2children and 1baby. Left for vacation mon june 23, drove 8hrs to this hotel. Husband went in to check in and they said there fire code only allows 4people to a room. They said SORRY. gave us our money...
