It was fantastic as always, we just never experienced a not so clean room in a Best Western hotel. This was a shock to us and the time of arrival and registering took longer than we have ever experienced.

Not enough parking ...The spaces are for compact cars only . We had a hard time walking between cars with our bags,l et alone just trying to get out of our car once we parked. We rented a mini van because of the hockey bags. What was nice was it was fairly close to the rink (Exeter).
The hotel is older, they were in the process of updating rooms and hallways.
The staff was fantastic , very helpful and friendly.
