We have stayed here many times because of the central location. We were pleasantly surprised with the 32 inch LCD TV and the wonderful pillow top mattress! The people were friendly, the staff was great and the price was reasonable!

We went to Hot Springs to watch the horse races, this hotel is the BEST place to stay if that is your whole point in going. It is located directly across the street from the track; very convenient for those that would rather walk than to pay for...

The location across the street from the track was superb, as we were there for the races at Oaklawn. It is the only hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many, where the room number does not indicate the floor! That is a problem that would be so easy to correct. The housekeeping staff was unusually pleasant, but the front desk could use a lot of help! The free breakfast was of top quality, both in product and in service.

Everything was about our stay was fine, except the decor of the room could use some paint and a little more upkeep. The beds were too firm. The worst part was Central Avenue was right outside our room. The traffic kept us up all night. A lot of loud motors were racing up and down the street.

Not the best, but not the worst. Ran out of towels and had to wait for awhile to shower. Bed had buttons on mattress that made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, clean and the air conditioner worked...

The pool, the continental breakfast and those areas were nice and clean. The rooms were old and in need of some repair. My advice to avoid rooms right by Central Avenue, they are very noisy through the night!
