They had a nice staff, close to where I was working, clean rooms, and wireless internet.

This hotel made me feel practical: The price is right, a good value for the dollar.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Windsor Suites Houston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was easy to get to, near my business center, and had a very nice desk staff.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the clean rooms and my wake up call was on time.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Windsor Suites Houston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was neat and clean. The front desk personnel were helpful.

21 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room was clean and we had no noise disturbances. However, the front desk clerk was rude and when we had a problem with a key, she reluctantly helped. But the manager whom I met at checkout was very helpful and called to remind us about check out.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Windsor Suites Houston.
I might recommend it to friends.
