Horrible
Very disappointed. There was a terrible infestation of tiny little ants in the bathroom and smelly, spoiled leftover food in the fridge. To their credit, the staff removed the spoiled food upon request.

Good
The Windsor provided us with comfortable, clean lodging for 3 nights while we attended theater productions in Ashland. We've stayed here before and have found management accommodating and the property convenient to downtown restaurants and theaters.

The grounds were well kept with lively colorful flowerbeds. The room was spacious, inviting and comfortable. On the downside, the bathroom fan made a constant rattling sound.

I needed a hotel at the last minute and was pleased to get a room at the Windsor for such a reasonable rate. Our room was very clean. We would choose upstairs next time as there was some noise from the neighbors above us. The continental breakfast...
