Horrible
Tried to check into my room. Computers were down. Desk staff did not know what to do. Poorly trained and even worse customer service. Hotel was less than 1/2 full, and they didn't know what rooms were available and what rooms were not. Desk staff in ...

Everything was enjoyable except the fact that the pool had too much chlorine in it, the odor was extremely strong, and an off duty employee gave us a hard time about using the pool.

"This hotel is pretty standard. The beds were your basic uncomfortable, cheap mattresses which were the worst part of the stay. That said, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is very welcoming. My daughters enjoyed the pool, though it is small...
