48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Hope you like smoke. We booked 2 non smoking rooms 1 year before travel only to be told at check-in that it was if available even though I had an email confirmation Since all area hotels were sold out I was basically told by the assistant manager that nothing could be done. Hope you like smoke!
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western West Towne Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Okay
For newly remodeled rooms, they weren't very clean. When one of the beds was turned down, there was hair on the pillow--yuck!!! and the other was very wrinkled. We asked for clean sheets and they quickly obliged.
