This hotel is centrally located to I-95, near the airport and downtown West Palm Beach. There are a few fast food restaurants within walking distance, but not too many sit-down establishments.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The check-in agent greeted me and ensured I got to my room quickly. A nice note was on my bed to welcome me to the hotel.

I felt that the rate was more than it should have been. Also, what was provided for that rate was also insufficient. However, it was overall a nice stay.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff seemed to recognize my name and found my reservation quickly. She was also very nice and went out of her way to be pleasant.
