I have stayed here before. The rate was good. The location was convenient. Unfortunately the hotel was scheduled to be demolished this year. The maintenance of elevators and others was a little neglected as a result of this.

The location was great. But it was an old facility that could use extensive upgrades. It had minimal amenities. The price was good for the location.

The hotel was older and needed repairs, but was already under renovation.

The great AAA price included parking and breakfast. The hotel is in great proximity to American University in DC, and the room was excellent. I recommend others to get a room on the upper floors for best elevator service.

I was not informed that restaurant would not be open. The room was not very clean.

Best Western is a very good value when combined with the plane tickets. Their rooms are comfortable, spacious (surprisingly so) and clean. The staff is polite and courteous. I haven't had a really disagreeable stay with Best Western yet.

This hotel made me feel practical: All the small details, such as having a pen and pad beside the phone, the remote on top of the television so you could find it, the lamp on the desk so you don't have to use the room light to write or read at the desk.
