I am an avid business traveler and stay in hotels over 11 nights a month on average. I have stayed at this hotel over twenty nights in the past three months. This hotel ranks very high due to excellent customer service and a very friendly and accommodating staff. The full breakfast every day from 6am to 10am is always well prepared and great. An exercise room and a business center with free internet computers is available in addition to free in-room internet access. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping.

It was convenient to the airport, it had excellent service, airport parking coordination and transfer to airport, good breakfast choices and service. It was five star.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Washington Dulles Airport IAD.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is a perfect location for Dulles. There is superb friendly service and amenities, despite the snow!

38 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel was fine for the most part, but the television system was not configured correctly and the internet connection was very slow. The major issue I had was the delivery of a dumpster at half past four o'clock in the morning right outside my room.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Washington Dulles Airport IAD.
I might recommend it to friends.
