The clerk was nasty, terribly rude, and hard to understand. The rooms were filthy and smelled bad. After complaining to the Waco Health Department, they visited the hotel and issued an abatement order for fleas. We left the hotel the same day and complained to the Health Dept. the following day.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Waco Mall.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The room was not clean; the bathroom floor even had someone else's cigarette ashes on it. It was difficult to understand the front desk personnel. The toilet lid broke and it took all day to fix!

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Waco Mall.

They were undergoing renovation, or they seemed to be because there were a lot of mattresses stacked around in the inner walkways. The mattresses they did have on the bed were terrible, so I'm not sure my room had a new one.
