61 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
We had difficulty in checking out. We prepaid for two days, our business dictated a third day. Check out on the third day caused problems as days one and two were paid. The desk clerk was confused and the manager was unavailable. The check out took almost one hour. I was not a happy customer.
