41 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The Best Western Villa Inn is a nice little motel in a small southern town. It is located near the movie theatre, a Shoney's restaurant, and the Super Wal-Mart. The staff is generally friendly, and the rooms are clean. The rates are the same all year round and they have a nice continental breakfast.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were queen sized, and had pillow top mattresses. Most other hotels only give you double beds and I have never been in one that offered pillow tops. I found out that all of their beds came with pillow top mattresses, I was impressed with that service.

The service was terrible, my room was filthy, the maids were horrible, breakfast was awful, the staff was extremely rude. They failed to fix any problems we encountered and were flat out nasty to my family. We made reservations ahead of time and they messed them up entirely. I would've rather stayed at a roach motel.

It was a normal Best Western. We know we can always depend on them for comfort, cleanliness, etc. Also, the location was great.
