33 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room needed a deep cleaning, the hotel was drafty and the beds and the furniture were outdated and worn. The hotel is in need of major renovations. They also ran out of food for the continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and very helpful, most of the dissatisfaction we experienced had to do with the condition of the hotel.
This hotel made me feel Welcome: The staff went out of their way to make me and my children feel very welcome without going overboard. The front desk staff addressed my kids by name and they made sure they were enjoying themselves.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Valley Plaza Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.
