Best Western University Inn Ithaca Hotel - Page 1

I stayed here for a conference at Cornell University and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Shuttle service was prompt. Room was a little dark and dated in design but comfy and I even had a fireplace. I never heard any other guests once in my room even though the hotel was filled to capacity. Breakfast was served as scheduled and included nice variety - not enough seating though. I would stay here again for sure.

I liked the location, but I disliked the lack of breakfast at half past six o'clock in the morning when needed.

The rooms are nice. The furnishings, although somewhat new, are very dated style-wise and the colors muddy and old fashioned. It's great to have a fireplace, microwave, and small fridge. It's a good place for a long stay. It’s located where you can find a laundromat and supermarket that has take-out food plus a walk to a few restaurants

There was confusion on our reserved rooms due to their overbooking.

The hotel was conveniently located to Cornell. The service was friendly and the rate was reasonable.
